The engagement.
Access to results-based financing requires businesses to demonstrate financial credibility and operational discipline, capacities many early-stage clean energy companies have not yet developed. Under BDS 2.0, Belli Advisory provided investment readiness support to 12 renewable energy companies, six in clean cooking and six in solar, of which 30% were women-led or owned. We developed financial models, refined business strategies, and strengthened operational frameworks for each company, preparing them for linkage to the EnDev Result-Based Financing window. The programme demonstrated that targeted, structured BDS can materially improve the financing readiness of SMEs operating in underserved energy markets.
