- What kinds of organisations do you work with?
- We work with three main groups: development partners and implementing organisations who need a delivery partner in East or West Africa; SMEs seeking business development support, investment readiness, or strategic planning; and investors or funds looking for deal origination or portfolio support. If you are not sure whether we are the right fit, reach out. We will tell you honestly.
- What sectors do you focus on?
- Our deepest experience is in renewable energy and clean cooking, private sector development, and agriculture, particularly across Uganda and Liberia. We also have a track record in health (institutional strategy) and horticulture. The M&E practice works across all sectors.
- How do engagements typically begin?
- Most engagements start with a conversation. We will ask about your context, your constraints, and what success looks like for you. From there we can scope an appropriate engagement, whether that is a short diagnostic, a multi-month BDS programme, or an embedded evaluation.
