Business Development Support, 7 Off-Grid Solar Companies, Liberia

Liberia's off-grid solar sector is expanding, but the enterprises driving that growth face significant gaps in business management capacity, operational efficiency, and access to capital. Belli Advisory was engaged by EnDev Liberia to design and deliver a tailored Business Development Support programme to seven participating companies, LEN II, Sunstar Green Energy, Rural Solar, SJEDI Green Energy, A1 Technical Engineering Solutions, Elsie Renewable Power Solutions, and Eco Energy. The programme combined training, co-creation, and advisory services across four phases: strategic planning, marketing and sales, operations planning, and business plan development. Each company received a bankable business plan integrating strategy, marketing, operations, and financial projections, equipping them with the tools to engage investors and financial institutions and position themselves for sustainable growth in Liberia's evolving renewable energy market.
