Belli Advisory was established to address the gap between business potential and business reality across Africa. We work with organisations at every stage, from early-stage SMEs seeking their first institutional client to established development programmes that need rigorous evaluation.
The team carries over seventeen years of combined experience across energy, agriculture, health, private sector development, and institutional strategy. We bring professional services to businesses that would otherwise lack access to them, and we stay until the work is done.

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic: a clear-eyed assessment of the constraints and opportunities facing the organisation. From there we co-design a solution with the client, then implement and iterate until the work is embedded. We do not hand over a report and leave. We stay until the solution fits.

Aidah founded Belli Advisory to help East and West African enterprises grow on their own terms. She leads the firm's enterprise development and investment-readiness work, and was named Most Influential Sustainable Business Consulting Director, East Africa.
Jessica Valerie Tusiime
Co-Founder & Head of Finance
Jessica leads the firm's financial advisory practice, helping SMEs build the financial literacy, models, and investment readiness that open the door to credit and capital. She oversees Belli Advisory's own finance function.
