The engagement.
Uganda's off-grid solar market holds enormous potential, but many solar SMEs offering products on credit or PAYG platforms lack the business management systems needed to grow sustainably. Under the EnDev BDS 1.0 programme, Belli Advisory delivered individualised, tailor-made business development support to six solar SMEs, addressing gaps across strategic planning, finance, marketing, operations, and human resources, with investment readiness as the end goal. The support helped each company become more operationally sound and financially credible, increasing the availability of quality solar PV products for Uganda's off-grid population and strengthening the foundations for long-term market growth.
