Solution fit: Design interventions that will address the gaps and contribute to achievement of the company's mission and long-term goal.

Secure energy supply is a crucial factor for development. Even though a substantial part of the Uganda's population still lives at subsistence levels of consumption, human activities are overstretching the country's limited resources. Utilization of clean energy for both subsistence and industrial use is taking up most concern and getting more and more attention. The main challenges remain, appreciation of clean energy by the public, and generation of enough power for industrial development as an alternative to oil and gas.

Our evaluation aims at determining the relevance, impact, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of interventions and the contributions of the intervention to the results achieved. We systematically assess project activities, programme outputs, and outcomes in line with performance against set targets / goals. We focus on expected and achieved accomplishments, examining the results chain (inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts), processes, contextual factors, and causality, in order to understand achievements or the lack of achievements.

Our goal is to develop and implement effective and innovative inclusive financial services based on a value proposition strategy tailored specifically towards the enterprise's customers. We take steps to enhance their capacity for financing through financial literacy and Business Development Support programmes both being a prerequisite for capital financing. Our ultimate focus is to develop a profitable and self-sustainable SME portfolio with the investor partners; whose performance we look to continuously improve upon
